About

Faith and Calling

Faith must become visible in the quality of what we build and the lives our work makes possible.

Eyram Bashan with a delegation at a church administrative office.

For Eyram, Christian faith is not a private label added to public work. It is the source of her understanding of human dignity, truth, stewardship, justice, courage and service.

01

Work as Worship and Witness

Every legitimate field of work can become an arena of faithful service. The question is not only whether a Christian is present, but whether the quality, ethics and fruit of that presence reveal the character of Christ.

02

The Public Square Matters to God

Law, governance, media, education, business and culture shape the conditions in which people live. Christian responsibility therefore extends beyond congregational life into the institutions that influence society.

03

Truth and Grace Belong Together

Public conviction without love becomes harshness. Compassion without truth becomes sentimentality. Faithful leadership must hold courage and humility together.

04

Stewardship, Not Possession

Positions, platforms, relationships, resources and influence are entrusted for service. They are not proof of personal superiority; they are responsibilities for which leaders must answer.

05

Building for Generations

Kingdom work looks beyond immediate applause. It plants, structures, teaches, records and prepares others to continue the work.
