Policy affecting persons with disabilities must be shaped with the leadership, knowledge and lived experience of persons with disabilities.
From Symbolic Inclusion to Structural Access
Representation matters, but inclusion must also reach education, employment, public information, technology, transport, justice, finance and political participation.
Accountability for Public Resources
Funds and statutory allocations intended for vulnerable groups must be transparent, traceable and used for their lawful purpose.
Accessible Communication
Public information that cannot be seen, heard, read or understood by those it concerns is not genuinely public.
